Thanks for the advice. Had a good practice with the Jav’er yesterday with most throws over or right around 40. She was a softball player so kind of battling the recurring inside hand flip with the follow through and kicks the tail out some. Hoping for a 42m+ this weekend.
The high jumper IMO should be a 6’6 jumper or atleast 6’4 consistently. His mark is only about 9’6 from the standard. So a wider, say 10’6 starting point would allow more speed at take off? Then we would just have to make sure he’s not coming in too parallel with the bar.
