Keep in mind that for the first few weeks, you may actually see weight gain while the muscles develop and your metabolizm adapts to the new training load. You’ll hit a tipping point though, and the fat should start to burn off more rapidly after that.
Don’t get discouraged if you feel like you’re working your butt and not seeing results immediately.
