Ok then I will do the Max V days instead of short speed work, because I'm not there yet. Also, then should I do my Max V days first as Mike suggests that it places more stress on the cns. So heres my plan that is going to be what im going to do more than likely. I start it on Monday.
Monday- Max V (8 x flying 30???s)
Tuesday- Ext. Tempo
Wednesday- Acc. Dev. (200 m)
Thursday- Ext. Tempo
Friday- Intensive Tempo
Saturday- Ext. Tempo
Sunday- rest
