Did a general strength day, with body weight exercises in circuit format, did 3 sets of everything.
Pull ups 10 reps
Dips 20 reps
Push Ups 20 reps
Abs 30 reps.
I am going to do this workout 2x a week during the season if I don't do weights with the team. Probably on the tempo days. Does this seem like a good idea to every one. This workout also got my chest pretty sore and my lats, it felt good.
