Hell yeah I do. 47.40 on a banked track sounds a hell of a lot easier than 6.70.
Say I run a perfect race, on a flat track with my times from last year-
First lap- 22.65 (21.65pr + 1)
Second lap- 24.65 (First lap +2)
Gives me a 47.30
The standard last year was a 47.40 which can be done on a banked track. I think as long as I stay healthy, work my event specific endurance and don’t get slower, I can definitely make it.
