Last two weeks I’ve been getting in some really generic workouts, just getting back into shape. Been doing a lot of boxing, jump rope, kettlebells, gymnastics work for core/upperbody, and started medball work today just to get some more explosive movements in before I start GPP in 10 or so days.
Also, after dropped to the high 160’s while being sick as hell, I’m officially back up to 180lbs! Only a couple more to go and I’m back to typical track season weight!
