Been a couple weeks, here’s the rundown per week.
2 days a week of hills, accel form work, and lower body lifting
2 days a week of endurance work (45 second hills or runs up to 600m each rep) and upperbody circuits
1 day of medball and jump circuit work
The endurance work is already more than I’ve done in the past. Mentally its tough as hell but my body is handling it well. Well my legs and such are handling it well. My lungs suck. They suck bad.
I feel like a smoker after some of these workouts
