I have, but its mostly because I’m just more aware of my sleep patterns now. Having your sleep habits staring you directly in the face is very motivating to get stuff done early so I can go to bed early.
However the smart awake alarm clock is amazing. I haven’t woken up tired yet. I feel really fresh and don’t need a cup of coffee to get myself going in the morning.
