Haven’t updated in awhile. Wow, almost 3 weeks!
The offseason lifting has been going great. The downside is that I might lose my nerd look and my ability to then surprise people with quick times… 🙂
I’m not becoming a towering mountain of muscle, but I’ve put on a few lbs upperbody and my lifts have gone up a lot compared to last year already. However, alot of that is the benefit from not having to start over from ground zero after a serious injury. Now that I have a healthy season under my belt I think I should see a good compound effect on my speed and power this year. No serious drop offs are a good thing in my book 🙂
