    Damn good day today

    5x20m hills
    6x40m flats on track

    3x skips for distance
    3x double leg bounds

    Weight room

    5×3 powercleans @ 245, 255, 265, 265, 255
    4×4 squats @ 385, 395, 405, 385
    3×8 SL hip thrust
    3×10 hanging straight leg leg lifts

    Today kicked ass. Weighed myself and I’m down to 175? That was a shocker, but my lifts are all high, my speed is better than ever and my jumps feel great. I’m already in race mode. I need a comp!
