110’s, 400h looks like a form of torture to me lol.
I have a very long history of martial arts and parkour, I’m honestly not scared of the hurdles at all. I think they look like a great challenge. I know there are hurdlers reading this going “ITS NOT THAT EASY”. I’m not trying to denigrate your accomplishments at all, I’m just saying that I’ve got great dynamic flexibility, good speed, and pretty solid coordination.
Multi event wise I haven’t high jumped since I was in high school and cleared 6 ft, lol. I’m also relatively weak upperbody wise. I would need to spend a solid year getting myself stronger before I would consider it.
But you hit the nail on the head. Even if I would hit a 10 flat, thats not fast enough to make myself a career sprinter and I’m not getting any younger. But low 10 speed carried over hurdles well is definitely able to win circuit money 😛
