Yeah I work 7-3, so I’m in bed before 10 on most night now. Work is fairly stressful so I usually come home, take a short nap or just relax for a bit and then head out to work out. By the time I’m back home, fed, and showered its like 730 so I tend to just relax on the couch now and try to unwind before going to bed.
Adult life sucks!
Todays workout was excellent. I did some accel work out to 50m with a buddy from college whose gone 10.7. It was great to have someone to practice with that I could get pushed a little by, although I was giving him a few meter head start on the accels and beat him to the 50 🙂 Practicing with competition is a hell of a lot of fun when you NEVER get to do it, haha.
