Hey Josh, just had a question hope you don’t mind 🙂 How often do you do tempo runs, and how far do you usually run doing them? Cause I’m in high school now and we don’t really do any tempo or endurance running so my endurance is just going down the drain… Am a jumper btw, but also run in relay so was wondering if you could help. Thanks a lot! 😀
I only do tempo runs once a week and I keep it around 1200-1500m total. The my other tempo day, which you could do runs for, I instead do medball and jump circuits.
Hey Josh, i was wondering when u were talking about the rest week, was it a complete rest week or did u still do some light physical activity?
My rest weeks are about 2/3 to 1/2 of the volume of a normal week. I’ll kick back the weight a little bit, the intensity, etc. Its good for getting myself fresh physically and mentally,
