Speed today was an alright session, I’d rank it an 8/10. I did 6x30m flys w/40-50m build up. I felt tall and bouncy, but not at the same level as I did last week. I was out a bit late on Friday and Sat, so my sleep was a little thrown off and I felt a bit groggy during the workout. I blame that for the lack of spring in my step. Aside from that, it was a pretty solid day.
I already miss summer temps 🙁
