Wow! I didn’t expect that type of response, haha.
Honestly, although I did hit my speed days and lifting, my tempo days suffered during the fall training and even though I know I’m still fast, I feel out of shape, if that makes sense. If I train like Nick suggested, and I’ve tried before, I feel like I’m leaving too much on the table and being too much of a puss. I beat myself up over it and end up feeling like crap about the entire training block.
