I am still training.
Training is going swimmingly.
I expect nothing less than PRs this season given my training.
Quite honestly I am content in letting the workout journal die and turn this into more of a discussion on various training ideas and methods that I’ve been using and keeping track of over the last 2 years, how they are working, etc, and where to go from here in regards to my training. I’ll probably post more in the coming days since the kids are on break so I don’t have work for ~2 weeks.
If I don’t then just ridicule me until I write something.
