Excellent workouts this past week.
5 broad was done after speed work today but I still hit a PR of 57 feet. I will break 60 this year. Even if I suck at everything else because it is sooo close…..
I also hit a new WR pr in hang clean (with straps) to the tune of 305 at a bodyweight of 180. This is my last week of max str dev before I unload and start comp phase for indoors.
Also blocks today felt the best they have all season.
