Training this week has been going pretty well.
Yesterdays tempo felt very good, and faster than I thought I would go for how it felt. 6×150@19-20 w/3 min recovery.
Today’s maxV work was stellar as well. Felt VERY light and bouncy at maxV. 4x75m(ish) Due to the facility I have to go 25m hard, float 15m around a curve then hit it hard for another 35m.
I also decided to mess around with the 42in plyo boxes 🙂
