Its cool. My legs feel like trash at the moment but I’ll be solid come New Mexico in two weeks. Sorry to hear you didn’t do so hot either. I tend to have a week or two period in my training indoors where I perform like crap regardless of the training for some reason, and last year after it happened I ended up PRing a couple weeks later, so hopefully this is foreshadowing something similar.
Heres the video of the race, btw. Its the first time I’ve seen myself on video running in 2 years and I’ve noticed some fairly annoying things I’ve picked up. I apparently run with my forearms tensed/wrists cocked and I also still sprint with my arms hitting the midline on their upswing and then they sway out on the backswing, rather than straight up and down. I ran a decent curve but the lack of specific endurance training is once again what kills me. I’m alright right that. It’ll come when I start training it.
