Alright, I’m here in the airport so I figure I’ll post an update. I kinda fell off the daily thing but its been a hectic week. Let’s summaraize.
With the exception of saturday-Sunday where I got 12 hours of sleep and sun-mon where I got 5, I’ve been getting ~8 hours a night.
Diet has remained consistant with a slight lessening of carbs.
Workouts wise, I had two speed days this week, mon and wed. I did 4 blocks and 3 accels between 30-40m. Lifting was 3×3 hang snatch, 4×4 jump squats with 25%bw, hanging leg lfits and shot throws.
Tuesdays workout was 6x100m strides, a medball circuit and some general upperbody lifting. 2×10 bench, weighted pullups and shoulder press.
Wed was 5×40 w/25m curve build up. Lifting was 3×3 hangclean, 3x4broad, 3x3rdl w/3 hurdle hops complexed.
I decided to keep lifting because looking back at past attempts to peak, my body doesn’t like to not lift. I get tight. I think lifting is therapeutic for me :).
