Yesterdays workout- extensive/recovery circuit
8×1 min on rower, 2×10 of rhythm skips, 30 seconds on the heavy bag, rest 2:30
Todays workout
5x flying 50m- 8-10 rest
~ 20m roll in, 15m hard on the curve, 35m hard down the straight- this is pretty much the only way I can get any significant time at/near top speed on the indoor track here.

3×6 step ups @ 255

Today felt pretty decent. The step ups felt extremely good and I was feeling consistently quick on the pseudo flies.
