I do, for the most part. The only thing that ever feels less recovered is my left knee. It aches every once in awhile, especially if I do high volume on the indoor track.
Calorie wise, I just eat. Alot. I have a voracious appetite. The only way I gain weight is if I force feed myself all day, ie eat until I’m uncomfortable multiple times per day. So thats my guideline. Eat until satisfied.
I have to miss my workout tonight. It was supposed to be speed work but I spent hours at the vet with my pet uromastyx and quite honestly I’m fried. I’m going to switch today with tomorrow and do extensive tempo and some general strength stuff and do my speed tomorrow. Its also supposed to hit 60 tomorrow, so I’m gonna try to get outside for it!
