Ok, wednesdays workout was a wash due to my having to take my pet into the vet on emergency.
Thursday I managed to get some speed in outside while waiting around for the vet (second day in a row I had to take her in)It got to 60 out here so I did 80,80,60,60,40. No lifting though.
yesterday was another rower/tempo circuit
Today I got nailed with strep so I’m on antibiotics, but I still did hill sprints and plyos, just not lifting cause I’m a bit fatigued.

8×4 hurdle hops
Of course I would get sick right when intensity start ramping up and I get nailed with unexpected stress in the form of a large vet bill and a pretty sick lizard.
