I have! I read often on cf’s board and certainly steal pieces of info here and there.
Todays workout
4x30m blocks with a partner. He lined up 2m ahead and I would react off of him leaving the blocks. I was practicing chasing while being relaxed (ie staying mentally in my lane)…which is something I don’t do well.
5xflying 30 w/ 30m build up
4x5hurdle hops
3×8 low box depth jumps

I’m still sick, but thankfully getting better.
Albtensai- my plans are to run and train until I stop progressing, however long that is. Then I’ll curse the fates and decide what to do after that!
