Ok, the weeks of fun are beginning.
4x3x25 hill sprints
2×8 skips for height
2×8 skips for distance
3×5 powercleans @ 205
8×4 squat @ 155 atg (why so weak? dunno, legs felt like jello today)
4×15 leg lifts
Today was simple and still low volume, but it was also the first day that I’ve worked since June. I was on my feet all day, woke up early, etc and I just wasn’t used to it. I’m going to adjust volume on the fly as my body gets used to working again.
Other than that, the hills felt good. New video will be up tomorrow.
