Today was full of craptacularness.
My hammy is a tad sore so I am pushing my int tempo day back another day and did a 2nd day of gen strength and recovery work. Its an ice worthy type sore so I gave it a 20 min shot after the workout. Tomorrow morning I’m gonna try to sneak in to the therapist and get some work done on it along with other maintenance work. I did some light self myo-fascial release work and some hip alignment checks and it doesn’t feel absolutely 100%. Gonna see what the physio thinks.
Don’t get me wrong, its not injured or pulled. I just want to start making therapy a habit rather than a get fixed quick type thing. In the past I would train through something like this. Now I’m going to be a bit smarter since I’m not getting any younger.
