Had a good morning lift and plyo session. Ended up doing the same weight as last week.

Sitting back and relaxing for the next 15 minutes or so before the evening edition of sprinting. I feel infinitely better after yesterdays tempo than I did last week. No sore legs from the curves, etc. Good to see my body finally got used to a tighter track. Thankfully it won’t have to stay used to it.. I’m going to be working out at a different track from now on (190 in lane 6 compared to 150) so it will be quite a bit easier on my legs.
