These aren’t meant to be top speed or speed end, rather I use a shorter roll in so that they more or less bridge accel and maxV
I slept like crap last night so todays quality wasn’t the highest. I was stressed out a bit about work and other things and could feel that my muscles were tight/too high of tone from it. I was uncomfortable as hell, etc. After trying to fall asleep for about 90 min I decided to relax the old fashioned way and had a Guinness.
Worked like a charm.
