Hell of a turkey week, haha.
Its been at this stage for awhile now but I’m officially putting this journal on “when I get to it” basis. Work and life stress means that even though I’m on this site multiple times per day, I usually don’t feel like posting. Once the season is more underway I’m sure I’ll be more motivated to post

Monday- speed work. 4x30m block starts. 4x flying 30m (20m roll in so only working higher ends of accel, not maxV) 2x5broad, 2x5hurdle hops
Tuesday warm up only + therapy day
Wed- tempo- email@example.com w/3min rec
Thur- gen/speed prep day. general str lifting with bounds, skips, and hops (didn’t have facility access this day)
Today- rower tempo- 6×1 min, 25 pushups, rhythm skips
2x jump circuit (150 contacts total)
The cold weather blows so friggin bad right now and most places are closed for thanksgiving break. Wisconsin can suck it….
