This week is an unload week. I finished up last week with a good speed day that I don’t feel like typing the specificts out, but it was 4×60 with skips jumps and lifting, haha.
Sunday was a much needed rest day. Yesterday was rower tempo +pushups & pullups between sets (it was cold with no gym access)
2x 30m medball accel, rest, 30m normal accel
3x flying 30 accels
2×3 powercleans @ 225
2×4 RDL’s @ 285
2x25m skips for distance
2x25m stiff legged bounds
I feel really good right now. I won’t be doing split sessions nearly as much anymore since more time at night has been freed up for me to get lifting in after.
I can not wait for the meet this saturday. Not too excited about sprinting at like 9:45 am but I have the shake the rust out anyhow. Might as well do it in the morning, haha.
