Can’t believe I woke up with a friggin sore throat this morning. This crap better be cleared up by saturday, ugh.
Lets see here, catching up on the workouts…
Sat’s PM session was a multi jump circuit focusing on elastic hip power as well as some hip flexor and lower abdominal work. 2x through the circuit for I believe a total of around 140ish contacts…gonna have to look at my notebook to know for sure though.
Yesterday was a therapy day. Light and gradual warm up, some static stretching, about 10-15 min of rolling out my quads, calves and glutes with a roller, and manual work on the hams and glutes after. I don’t like using a foam roller on my hams, it always feels like I’m doing more harm than good to them.
I’m feeling good to day otherwise, however I did sleep like crap last night.
