Yesterdays workouts went fine even with the crap sleeping, although my sore throat gradually mutated into a nice little head cold. So I took a sick day today and ended up sleeping about 10 hours last night. Holy crap did that help, haha. The cold is still here but I don’t feel nearly as bad as I did yesterday.

3x3x2 hurdle hops (for height)
3x RDL complexes ( 4 rdls @ 305, rest 30 seconds, 3 drop catch rdl’s @ 185, rest 5 min)
3x medball accels (35m each)
4x flying 40’s
3x30m stiff legged bounds
I felt really good throughout the workouts, even though before the warm up I was rather blah. Hopefully I can kick this cold before the drive down friday night.
