Today is an accel focused day with maybe some skips for d. Depends on how I feel, haha. I’m about to go do it now.
Tomorrow is rower tempo, remedial work and an upperbody circuit, so its a good recovery day.
Thurs is an elastic focused day, with the majority of work coming from skips and bounds, however there are a few build ups to maxV in the beginning.
Overall, given my workouts this year leading up to now, this is not a hard week so if I’m still I probably did something stupid to myself rather than it being from the training this week.
Naw you should be ok esp since you are doing a low vol acc today and low int tempo work tomm. With today’s session and Thursday how much skips/bounds do you have plan?
