I agree with just about everyone, because I believe the entire force-time (or force-velocity) curve should be worked. Do explosive partial squats with heavy weights. Do moderately heavy explosive jump squats, do light jump squats, and do bodyweight only jumps. It can’t hurt to progress all parts of the curve.
