I would love to hear how you’re going to adjust someone’s training based on these results as well. Are you really going to train a sprinter or jumper differently based on this test? Very heavy lifting has been shown to cause hypertrophy in FT fibers, but I can almost guarantee you that you will he minimal or no benefits in changing this ratio. You may even make it ‘worse’ if you focus on static start lifts (ie deadlifts, pause squats, etc.).
