Henk didn’t discuss an intervention, he simply stated the obvious…Guntor trained for explosive strength and his brother didn’t, and as a result Guntor exhibits characteristics of someone who has trained for explosive strength.
I’m referring to the actual application by a coach. How can a coach use this on an athlete that is already training for explosive strength. If you felt your athlete didn’t have the proper composition AFTER training for an extended period of time for explosive strength, what corrective measures would you prescribe? If there is no answer to this, why would anyone want to waste time taking the measurements even it simply involves a jump mat?
