You don't think they make you faster? You're crazy! I witnessed a 260 lb football player take PED's and he ran 6.30 in the 55m then went off of them and could only 6.80.
It's simple PED'S = recover faster —-> which allows you to run more speed workouts more often —> negatively affect the size of your junk.
I ran similiar workouts to what the CF program is and it tore apart my body because I couldn't recover and my body broke down. There are thousands of ways to skin a cat and run fast. Everyone requires different protocols to training.
