We use anywhere from 40 to 100 lb DBs depending on what we're trying to accomplish. Ussually we're in the 50-70 lb range using only one hand. When we use a 2 hand grip there are a lot of complaints about discomfort (which limits the effectiveness because they don't attack the hip extension) and / or skin being rubbed off on the thumb. Maybe we're holding wrong? How do you hold?Interlaced or overlapped?
damn 100lbs one hand. i use overlapped grip but i dont go heavy.
