Running – 1 x 10 x 15m, foot still feels fine
Good workout today, had to cut it short today, didn’t have time for extra throws. Squat was real hard, I barely finished. Finally found my way back to a 15m shot throw, this would put me at 90pts. Depth Drops felt good, first time doing them.
