DB Split Squat – 1 x 12, 65lb DB’s (4-1-1 tempo)
A1). Cable Pullthroughs – 3 x 10
A2). Hanging Leg Raises – 3 x 10
Hop + BLF/OHB x 5, 16lb MB
Tough one today. I underestimated the DB split squat tempo today, should have gone lighter because my legs were fried after one set. Squats weren’t bad, I had a few reps left in the tank I would say.
