I’ll be curious how you feel on Tuesday morning. What’s your plan over the next 2-4 months?
It really depends on what I can do with my school/work schedule. I’m going into my junior year taking 18hrs and working a high position in my fitness job. Around where the area I go to school at, the only track in town is pretty inconvenient with it being busy until 7pm. It would be best if I did speed work on grass earlier in the week. I may have to have an odd schedule with the week starting on Sunday maybe. I’ll have to see.
Besides that, I would love to add in some speed/tempo work. I would also like to keep doing OLs, I just spent $300 on bumpers and am building a platform right now. I would hate to let it just sit there in the gym. It would also be nice to get a 300lb clean, so I can be close to the best guy on the US skeleton team.
