The hottest month of the year has arrived, I get out to do the hill sprints at 10am and it’s still 100+ degrees out there. Overall a great day today. I cleaned 90% (220lbs) at a high catch – about 1/4th squat on all 3 reps. I mistakenly did 3 x 4 on the clean pulls, was supposed to do 3 x 3.
