1: Feedback on the jump squats, back squats, and hill work.
2: Have you been pushing the rdl’s or maint mode?
1. Jump Squats were pretty light and explosive. I switched to the barbell over shoulders because the DBs were getting too heavy for hands. Back Squats were easy to complete, but wasn’t able to move them fast. The hill work did get a little rough at the last 2 reps.
2. With RDLs, I would say maintenance mode. 265 was heavy, but not ridiculously heavy.
Do you think my cleans sound like they are on the right track right now?
