Hip Snatch – 2 x 3, 95-105lbs
Power Clean – 5 x 2, 175 (80%)
Dynamic Box Squat – 6 x 3, 205lbs
Jump Squat w/ Barbell – 3 x 5, 120lbs
Throws – 30x total (OHB, BLF, Vertical Throw)
Running – 2 x 10 x 10m, easing back into it. Foot felt fine.
Went to the podiatrist today, didn’t want to do the injection. Wants me to do some light running this week and hard running next week to see how it responds. If it gets worse, then we’re gettting an MRI and then cortisone injection.
