Split Jerk – 4 x 3, 135, 155, 175, 175
Supine Pullups 3×10 (2-2-2- tempo), used assistance
Jm press+ Hammer Curls 3×10
Running – 10 x 50yds, 20 crunches in between.
Another good session, wish I could drop the weights on the split jerk everytime… Foot felt good again. I felt like I could go full speed, but didn’t yet just to be safe.
