Pushup Plus – 2 x 10
Bench – 105 x 8, 140 x 6, 180 x 3, 3 x 4 w/ 205 (80%)
A1). Chin-ups – 2 x 8, 20lbs
A2). DB JM Press – 3 x 8, 25’s
B1). Seated Row (4-1-1) – 3 x 6
Tempo Running – 4 x 5 x 40m, 30sec in between reps, 5min in between sets. 50 crunches and 20 side crunches in between sets.
Feet, peroneals, psoas, pectineus, glute max, and obliques were really sore today. HR reached 180 during the tempo runs today. Going to use ice baths 2-3x this week.
