You may be ok?? You could also go:
Mon: 2×20+2x4x60 (short speed end)
Wed: 3×30+4xfef (speed)
Fri: 2×20+2×250 (spec end)
Should work since you have nice weather and would prep you well for outdoors. If you go two high days what would your lifting look like>?
