Thanks again. So do you think it would be better to do the 250’s rather than the block/sled work at this time of the year? I do plan on running at some indoor races, at least the All Comers meet at UH and Indoor open at Texas A&M.
If I were to have to HI days I would plan it like this:
Mon:
Hang Clean – 6-8 x 3, using 65-75% of max
Incline Bench – 4 x 5-8
Wednesday:
DB Jump/Split Squats – 8 x 5
Flat DB Press – 4 x 5-8
Friday:
Hang Clean – same as Monday
Back Squat – 5 x 5, 75-80%
Incline DB Press – same as monday
