5on/55off, 10x on hamstrings
Kyle, what settings are you using here?[/quote]
My friend convinced me to buy a neurotrac EMS unit from London.
Like CF recommended in the past, I take a contrast shower and end on hot. After this I do some dynamic mobility work, and some short/light static stretches. I then use the warmup protocol on the Neurotrac which is light pulsing for 6min. For the EMS Training, I just put everything on Max. The hertz was 100, and the pulse duration was 330. Ramp up and down time was 1.5sec. I tried cranking it up as high as I could, I don’t even think I cranked it past 60% this time, I was cramping pretty hard. I kept my hamstrings in a Good Morning position when the pulsing started. It also helps right now that I have very low bodyfat so there isn’t much electrical resistance, I may use it on my glutes next time.
I hope this covered what you were asking.
