Getting my groove back finally in the shot throws, still .5m from PB but I’m getting closer. I realized that I can’t focus so much on the counter-movement as I was trying to descend too fast. I have found a better release point as well which is key. Cleans felt nice and easy, I feel my techniuqe is getting better. I tried the Snatch grip DL with the bar elevated on some plates and made no difference, back was still rounding at the start. I’m going to really have to throw these out, the exercise scares the hell out of me.
